Christmas is a magical season for the British. They spend these familiar holidays with their family and friends. This is what they do:

Christmas celebration is on the 25th of December with a dinner in family.

They go to church to sing carols.

Another custom is to hang mistletoe ( photo above). According to the tradition,  girlfriends and  boyfriends who stop in the mistletoe have to kiss.

It is also a tradition to eat the Christmas pudding as a dessert.

On 26th December is known as Boxing Day. That day Charities  open  boxes of parishes so that its contents are distributed to poor families.
